The Grand Coquina Condominium is located along the Atlantic Ocean in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. We are more than an oceanfront condominium building; we are a community of owners and residents that share the same love for Oceanside living. Our owners are literally from all over the world and vary from young working singles and couples, to second home families, to year round - retired seniors. As a community, you will find our Association to be socially active with helpful and friendly neighbors.

   Our building was designed by Peck & Associates and completed in 1997. We are 22 stories high with the first three floors being common area. This building has significantly more common area and amenities than most other oceanfront condominiums. If you look under the Amenities link, you will see pictures of our Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool, Indoor Spa, His/Hers Steam Rooms, Atrium Lobby, Penthouse Clubroom, 2 Exercise Rooms, Library and even an Art Room. Our Outdoor Pool is on the southern side of the property, which allows the sun to shine on it all day. Our Clubroom has: a dance floor, a bar, a large screen smart TV, a catering kitchen, a large oceanfront balcony and an Executive Board Room; all that can be reserved by an owner for their special occasions. Our 3-story parking garage is above grade (not underground) and is not-assigned.
